Shipping Policy

We ship globally!  We have shipped to Europe, Australia, Russia, South America, Asia, and everywhere in-between directly from our distribution center in New York CIty so regardless of your location, we can get you your Playbuttons quickly and safely.

We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into playbutton.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our New York distribution center. Orders shipped within the 48 states are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified.

  

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will start shipping within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.  Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. 

If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Playbutton Customer Service will contact you by email. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, pending credit verification. 

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser. 


Returns and Replacements

If your experiencing difficulty with your Playbutton and believe it to be defective, you may contact us at support@playbutton.com

Should we determine your playbutton is defective, you may send it back to us at 37 West 28th Street  3rd FL, New York, NY 10001.  We will either fix your defective Playbutton and return it in working form or in certain cases, issue you a replacement.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON NON DEFECTIVE PLAYBUTTONS.
